Managing the changes can quickly become stressful when flights are delayed or rescheduled.

We have simplified the transportation reservation process by offering our clients two personalized solutions tailored specifically to them: our Wedding Concierge Service and our Self-Managed Service. Wedding Concierge Service

Some people enjoy having a full-service wedding assistant who helps plan all aspects of guest transportation. Having a dedicated transportation assistant can be especially helpful for large weddings.

Cabo Transfers features dedicated wedding event transportation planners experienced in streamlining all transportation reservations and guest communications on your behalf. They coordinate airport—hotel transfers and assist your guests to and from the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony location, dine-outs, golf course and fishing charter transfers, and transportation to activities such as sunset cruises.

We will review all guest flight and activity itineraries, provide transportation pricing options for shared group vehicles or dedicated private vehicles, and manage the guest reservation process over the phone or by email with those guests who prefer a personal touch. The Cabo Transfers wedding management system also features automated booking links so your guests can complete their reservations quickly and efficiently while still experiencing the personal care we provide.

Your dedicated assistant will provide you with the option to cover the cost for some or all guests, coordinate payments, send reservation confirmation emails, and send reminder text messages to all participants. We will provide the Wedding Organizer and/or Bride and groom with access to a password-protected online summary of confirmed guest reservations.

Self-Managed Assistance

Cabo Transfers offers an automated self-management system with a dedicated reserve transport button that you can add to your wedding website or send to your guests. This system puts the power in your hands, allowing your guests to select the type of transportation service, number of travellers, and preferred vehicle, enter their flight itinerary, and choose payment processing options.
